Jean and Taylor Named to Hansen All-Region Football Team
BROOKFIELD, IL -- Catawba’s Jonathan Jean (Orange Park, FL/Fleming Island HS) and Jason Taylor (Bahama, NC/Northern HS) were named to the Don Hansen All-Super Region 2 Football Team. Jean, a sophomore defensive lineman, and Taylor, a junior linebacker, were third team selections.
Jean played in all 11 games for the Indians, making 39 stops. He had five tackles for losses, including a pair of sacks. Taylor led the team with 105 tackles on the season. He also had a team-high 10 tackles for loss and a pair of sacks.
