Mike Pryor joined Catawba College as assistant men's soccer coach in January 2020. He came to Catawba from West Chester University, where he was assistant coach for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. 

During his time at West Chester, the team compiled a 30-8-6 record, won a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Regular Season Championship (2018) and made two NCAA Division II Tournament appearances. In 2018, Pryor was part of the Atlantic Region Coaching Staff of the Year as West Chester finished #2 in the country, making it to the National Final. In addition to on field success, WCU earned United Soccer Coaches Academic Awards.

Pryor began his career as assistant coach with Wilkes University in Pennsylvania in 2009. He has also served as Director of Coaching (Phoenixville Area Soccer Club) and Olympic Development Program Staff Coach (Eastern Pennsylvania and North Carolina).

Pryor graduated from West Chester University with bachelor of science degree in 2009. He earned his Master's in business administration at Wilkes University in 2011. Pryor was a four-year starter at West Chester University and an all-conference and all-region performer. He is in the top ten in games played and goals scored at WCU.

Pryor and his wife, Meghan, reside in Mooresville with their son, Bo.
